St. Patrick`s Letter from Darina Allen
We recently celebrated St. Patrick's Day with Slow Food and Larkins Restaurant in Garrykennedy. Below is a letter received from Darina Allen of Ballymaloe and Ireland's Slow Food Ambassador.
Dear Peter and Mary,
What a wonderful event--huge, huge congratulations to all of you! The buzz in those rooms was surely what Slow Food is all about. Friends sitting down together enjoying simple delicious food produced by their neighbours. All of Maura`s family and lovely staff gathered around to help and support her.
