It`s Rhubarb Time

It`s rhubarb time at the shop.  At Country Choice we use loads of local garden rhubarb from our customers.  Rhubarb is great for compotes, just poached in a vanilla sugar syrup.  Rhubarb is a great filler in crumbles and tarts.
