This is a Creme Caramel at Country Choice. We make Creme Caramel with Mossfield organic milk and free range eggs during the Autumn at Country Choice. We use pure vanilla from Uganda which has a unique flavour and large black seeds. These seeds give the amber caramel a unique appearance.
