The Fat Bap is a new food concept thought out by Eliza Ward, Nenagh,
Co. Tipperary and Bernadette Reynolds, Cork, two Culinary Arts Graduates in CIT.
We are armed with a little white van and a full farmers market kit out and we will provide you with fascinating and interesting entertainment in casual food. We will call to your home, party, sports club, offices, 'après match' or post wedding celebrations with our gourmet organic burgers and artisan sausages. We will come to you and set up our ‘stall’.
We use Lady Bird organic angus all cut burgers and delicious thick artisan sausages made by our friend T.J. Crow in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary. We will cook for you in your yard or garden or pitch with great fat baps of ciabatta style artisan bread, local organic leaves, delicious cheese and a selection of great salsas all made at our fully approved food unit. We can supply you with desert solutions, antipasti and cheese from our stall. This casual, creative and interesting food concept is really suited to all Summer entertainment, product launches and promotions. We can serve your beer
or wine and we can assist you in arranging any extras such as plates etc...
We recently did a Slow Food lunch at Meadows & Byrne in Cahir for 200 people which proved to be very good fun and very successful. The Fat Bap
is a cost effective alternative and we will give you a flexible and economic pricing structure to suit your needs with our initial offering in the region of €10 per head based on suitable numbers.
We promise if you avail of our concept we will give you a unique and interesting experience for your guests based on good value and real food. |
